I'm glad you are here.
I believe in the power of science applied through human connection within a trusting relationship as the key to heal emotional wounds and change undesired behaviors.
Welcome and thank you for visiting my webpage! You are taking an important step towards taking care of your health and overall wellbeing. I am here to help!
I am a 44 year-old heterosexual, cisgender woman, mother of two young boys and constantly trying to juggle work, motherhood, marriage, household expectations, social life and self-care. Finding this balance is definitely not an easy task, but it does get lighter with increased supports.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in the state of Massachusetts and earned my Master's Degree (MA) in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University (Cambridge, MA) in May of 2013. Since then, I have been working in Community Mental Health serving children, adolescents and their families through a variety of therapeutic modalities, supports and available resources.
With 7+ years of experience in the mental health field, I also have a private practice in the Metrowest area of Boston and currently see clients in-person or via Telehealth.

Counseling in Mental Health
In my clinical practice I am constantly studying and enhancing my competencies in order to provide the most up-to-date Evidenced-based treatment options to my clientele. My approach is based on scientific research while also focusing on the client as an agent of change and the center of the therapeutic process.
I strongly believe that the therapeutic alliance and the trusting relationship between client and therapist are the fundamental blocks of a successful treatment progress.
Culturally Sensitive Practice
I am always striving to assess, identify and address individual needs taking into consideration each person's ethnical, racial and cultural backgrounds. Treatments are developed as a joint effort between therapist and client with the awareness of a diverse life trajectory and places occupied in society.
This is also a safe space for individuals who identify themselves in the LGBTQ+ population.
